Combine the ingredients in a, and heat to 175'F. Heat water-phase components of b to 180'F, while stirring with a Lightnin' Mixer. Add oil phase, a, slowly while continuing to mix. At about 100'F, the cream begins to set.
Recommended for dry skin, particularly for psoriasis and/or 'itching' skin.
