Sodium Lauryl Sulfate/1.5

Cetyl Alcohol/6.4
White Petrolatum/14.3

配制方法:

Warm the fatty alcohols on a water bath to 65'C, and stir in the sodium lauryl sulfate. Add the mineral oil and petrolatum. Cool to room temperature and add the water slowly, with constant stirring.
