配制方法:

Add the water phase at 85'C to the oil phase at 85'C with mechanical agitation and cool with stirring to 40'C. Add perfume and continue cooling with stirring to room temperature.
Finished Make-up is prepared by adding 10 or more parts of solids (color, titanium dioxide and talc) to 90 parts of formula.
