Anticrock Finish for Cloth

配方组成:

this makes a stable, milkwhite emulsion for use on cloth dyed with
sulfur dyes, naphthols, or pigments

配制方法:

Add water to PVP solutionn. Add "Alipal" CO-436 to "Igepal" CO-210.
Heat both to 80-90'c and add PVP solution to surfactant mixture with rapid mechanical stirring at 80-90'C. Run through an Eppenbach homogenizer. (Note: a mold inhibitor may be added to improve stability in storage.) Mix Part A with "Blandofen" SL and dilute with water. Apply anti-crock finish by one pass of the cloth through a pad box. This preparation gave best results onn cloth dyed with a sulfur dye.
