d: Polymer Emulsion:
Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion, 36% solids, plasticized/10
Place in suitable vessel and blow with live steam for approximately
35 minutes or until an even, white dispersion results. Or, boil with 1
part morpholine added, using agitation

配制方法:

Mix all ingredients in a roller mill for approximately 25 minutes.
Pass the mixture through a screen-type filter to eliminate gross impurities. Then process the mixture through an ordinary colloid mill.
this coating is directly applied to the paper from a trough. It is then air-dried and, lastly, calendered by friction.
