Top-Coat Lacquer: Cellulose nitrate, 20 to 30 seconds (solvent amyl acetate); total solids 4.5%; amber tint; 3.5 oz concentrated essence per gal. Apply four coats of base and two coats of top lacquer to glass beads strung on wires.
