Dissolve "Luxor", MSG, dipotassium phosphate, and salt in the minimum amount of water required. Peel and dice potatoes and onions; boil about 15 minutes until soft, and sieve through mechanical pulper. Add preceding to the homogenized milk and cream. Stir the combined ingredients and bring to a boil. Fill into cans or jars, seal, and process. NOTE: Dipotassium phosphate is used to preclude curdling and separation. With FDA approval, it may be declared as "stabilizer".
