配制方法:

Dissolve the ingredients in water, bring the temperature to 80'C.
Separately melt waxes and oils to 80'C. Pour water solution into the waxes. Use stirring or homogenizing at this temperature 65-75'C in order to obtain a smooth stable semi-liquid cream.
