Optical brightener/0.35
Chelating agent/0.10
Fill machine with cold water and add above chemicals, except for
optical. Add the optical after 5 min, 1/2 to each machine cycle. Raise
temperature to 190'F and hold for 30 min. Dump
Wetting agent/1.0
(if needed)
C. Finish
Sodium bisulfite/0.2
Optical brightener/0.1
TSPP/1.0
A. Scour
B. Bleach
Peroxide, 35%/4.00
Caustic, flake/0.40
TSPP/1.50
Chemic/10.0

配制方法:

Rinse the yarn for 10 min at 160'F. Dump, refill, and add the sodium bisulfite. Run for 10 min at 140'F. Dump. Refill and add the brightener.
Run at 120'F for 20 min. Dump and unload.
