Whole Eggs/12 oz.
Glucose/12 oz.
"Primex"/1 lb.
Maple Flavor/To suit
配制方法:
Scale all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix at moderate speed to a smooth dough.
Scale approximately 9 lb. into a greased and papered bun pan. Bake light at 375 to 400'F. Cool and cut into squares or bars.
