Machine)
配方组成:
Shortening/40 lb.
Invert Syrup/16 lb.
"Proflo"/4 lb.
Soft Flour/200 lb.
Ammonia/0.5 lb.
Soda/1.5 lb.
Vanilla or Butter Flavor/As desired
Light-Brown Sugar/70 lb.
Water/15-17 lb.
Salt/3 lb.
Macaroon Coconut/16 lb.
配制方法:
Dissolve the soda, salt, and ammonia in the water and start mixing.
While mixing, add the invert syrup, flavor, brown sugar, coconut, and shortening. Mix about 10 minutes and add the flour and "Proflo." Mix unti l completely clear, but do not overmix. Bake at 450 to 475'F.
