配制方法:
1. Weigh all the liquid ingredients and blend thoroughly except for 10 PHR of Benzoflex 9-88 and the Solvesso 150. These are added later as a gel mix in Step No. 6.
2. Stir the PVC resin into the liquid blend as rapidly as the particles wet down and the lumps "smooth out." 3. Stir for 1/2 hr or as long as necessary to make a smooth, low viscosity plastisol.
4. Stir the atomite and TiO2 into the plastisol. continue to stir for 1/2 hr or longer until the plastisol is a high viscosity, stiff, smooth paste with poor flow and good gel properties.
5. Add the pigment. Any necessary color matching is done at this point.
6. Prepare the gel mix separately. Add 1-1/2 PHR Thixin "E" to 10 PHR of Benzoflex 9-88. Stir thoroughly while heating to 170'F. Cool to room temperature. This gives an uncolored opalescent thick "Gel Mix." Stir this "Gel Mix" into the plastisol to make a "Plastigel" which has poor flow properties, false viscosity, low viscosity at high shear and high viscosity at low shear.
