Dyeing Acrylic Fibers

配方组成:

Set bath at 170'F.
Liquor to goods ratio 10-20 to 1
Add
Acetic Acid (56%) to pH 4.0 to 5.0/1.0-2.0%
"Ceranine" PNS Liquid/2.0%
Anhydrous Glauber's salt/5-10.0%
"RETARGAL" ACY/3.0%

配制方法:

Run 5 minutes at 170'F. (if hot water is not available, chemicals may be added between 100-170'F. and goods wet-out during heat-up period). Add properly dissolved cationic dyes over 10 minutes. Raise to 212'F. or 225'F. (depending on equipment) at 2 to 3'F./minute. Run 45 to 60 minutes at 212'F. or 225'F. and sample. When dye additions are required, cool to 170'F., add properly dissolved dyes over 5 minutes, raise to 212'F. or 225'F. at 2-3'F./minute. Run 15 minutes and sample.
Cool and rinse.
Note: In piece goods applications where the proper foam level is required to balloon the fabric, 1-2% "Sandozin" D-100 or similar type material may be used.
