"Breadlac" Nonfat Dry Milk Solids/12 oz.
Powdered Lemon Juice/0.5 oz.
Bread Flour/5 oz.

Add to the hot cream, allowing the butter to melt while preparing

Granulated Sugar/1 lb.

配制方法:
Beat to medium stiffness.
This makes ten 9-in. ies.
Fold the meringue into the hot cream gently, but completely. Fill into baked shells and top with whipped cream or meringue. If meringue is used for topping, sift a little powdered sugar on top and brown in the oven.
