配方组成:

"Acrysol" ASE-60/4.4
Water/4.4
The formulation should be made in the indicated order. Before
addition of the diluted "Acrysol" ASE-60, the pH should be measured and
adjusted, if below 7.4. A pH in the range 7.4-8.0 is satisfactory.
following addition of "Acrysol" ASE-60, the pH may again require
adjustment by addition of ammonia to pH 7.4-8.0. The typical formulation
given above has an initial viscosity of about 28,000 cps. and can be
applied by knife coater.
Where dimensional stability alone is required, "Rhoplex" TR-520 can be
pigmented with whiting or clay, dispersed with "Tamol" SN, and the
formulation can be thickened with "Acrysol" ASE-60. Good fabric
stability and a non-tacky hand are obtained with filled formulations of
this type, applied by kiss roll or knife coater.

The constituents should be added in the order listed. After drying, the fabric should be cured at 300'F. for 3 minutes.
