配方组成:
Water/6 lb.
"Breadlac" Nonfat Dry Milk Solids/10 oz.
Sweet Butter/2 lb. 4 oz.
Granulated Sugar/1 lb.
Emulsified Shortening/2 lb. 13 oz.
配制方法:
Warm at 145 to 160'F.; then dissolve. Homogenize, stirring constantly. Refrigerate 24 hours. Whip using a cold mixing bowl. Flavor to taste.
