配制方法:

The suppository base is melted on a water-bath. The soya bean lecithin is suspended at a low temperature (40'C/104'F) in "MYRITOL" 318.
This suspension is stirred into the base cooled down to 40'c/104'F.
whereupon the active ingredient is added by degrees at 35'C (95'F) the mixture can be poured out into molds.
