配制方法:
Granulation of excipient: Granulate the mannitol and saccharin with the acacia solution, dry at 110'f and pass through a 20-mesh screen. Preparation of aspirin mixture: Mix the aspirin with the dried mannitol granulation. Take extreme care to avoid moisture pick-up. Add the flavor to the starch, mixing thoroughly. Add the talc and stearic acid, screened to 100-mesh, to the flavor-starch mixture. Blend this combination of flavoring, starch, talc stearic acid with the mannitol-aspirin mixture. Compression: compress using 11/32 inch standard concave punch to a hardness of 4-6 kg (Strong-Cobb-Arner tester).
