Avicel PH/25.0
Magnesium trisilicate/9.5
10 X powdered sucrose/50.0
Mannitol, USP(granular)/405.0
Magnesium stearate/10.0
Imitation tobacco flavor/0.5

配制方法:

Adsorb the flavor onto the magnesium trisilicate. Add the mannitol, "Avicel" PH, powdered sucrose, and magnesium stearate. Blend and compress on 7/16 inch standard concave punch to a hardness of 6-8 kg (Strong-Cobb-arner tester).
