Mix items 1, 2 and 3. Add 4 to the mix followed by a slow addition of 5 with continuous agitation and finally add 6. Use level: 1/2 to 1 gallon in 300 gallons water. The concentration required to produce copious foam depends on the spray nozzle pressure which should be a minimum of 35 lb.
