All ingredients are placed in a container, heated to 175'F. and mixed until homogeneous. the hot liquid is transferred to suitable containers and, upon cooling to room temperature, a clear gel is formed. alternately, in a low temperature procedure, the water is cooled to 40-50'F. and placed in a mixing vessel. The "Pluronic" is added slowly with good agitation, and mixing continued until solution is complete. During the addition of the surfactant, the temperature is maintained below 50'F. Next, the other ingredients are added slowly, with mixing until solution is complete. The mixture is transferred to containers and allowed to warm up to room temperature, whereupon the liquid becomes a ringing gel.
