4. Soltrol 130/35.4
1. A--in a stainless steel vessel, add items 1 and 2 and heat to
70'C. Add item 3 and mix until uniform. Add item 4 at room temperature.
2. B--dissolve item 6 in item 5 and heat to 70'C. Add Part B to Part A
and mix under cover for 15 minutes at medium speed. 3. Add item 7 at
room temperature, then begin cooling the mass. 4. While mass is
semisolid, put through a colloid the mass. 4. While mass is semisolid,
put through a colloid mill or when mass is cold give it one pass on a
three roll mill. 5. Keep milled product in closed containers to prevent
loss of solvent.

配制方法:

Melt waxes, add color and mix well. Run entire mass through a heated roller mill. Remelt material and pour into molds.
