Place all ingredients in one container and heat, with stirring, to 95'C. Agitate until the cream has cooled to 60'C. Pour at this temperature. This cream has a pH of 7.1, or is nearly neutral, and will not cause any irritation even of the tenderest of skin, unless the user is allergic to one or more of the ingredients.
