配制方法:

Zinc oxide is also used in small amounts (to 2%) in the cover coats that utilize titanium for opacity. Its functions are to improve acid resistance and weatherability and to aid opacity.
Cupric oxide is used in low temperature porcelain enamel ground coats.
It is used in conjunction with the oxides of cobalt, manganese, and nickel to aid fusibility, provide a better bond and to impart a grey cast to the color. The use of copper oxide also makes the enamel more resistant to "burn-off" which is an excessive fusing of thin layers.
Amounts of about 0.5-1.0% are used for this application. copper oxide may also be used to prepare black enamels when the black color is produced in the frit. Copper oxide is also used in porcelain enamels for its properties in coloring glasses.
