Ethomeens C/25, S/25, T/25, C/12, T/12 and 18/12 have all been used as anti-static agents for various synthetic textiles. At a concentration of 0.5%, based upon weight of fabric, these Ethomeens show excellent static elimination properties for various synthetic fibers. Ethomeen S/25, in conjunction with the more oil-soluble Ethomeen S/12, is used in mineral oil formulations for synthetic fiber spinning operations. Ethomeen T/12, at a concentration of 0.25%, based on weight of fabric, shows excellent static elimination properties for various synthetic fibers.
