配方组成:

Xylene/80
Charge all materials to a 2-liter reactor fitted with thermometer,
stirrer, and inert gas inlets. Adjust inert gas to 0.15 l/min. Heat to
240'C (464'F) and hold until an acid number of 4-8 is reached. Cool and
reduce to 70% solids with mineral spirits (KB-38). Approximate time of
reaction is 7-9 hr.

配制方法:

Fusion Cook: Charge all ingredients to a four neck 2-1 reactor fitted with stirrer, thermometer, inert gas inlets and 18'' air condenser. Adjust gas flow at 0.1 liters/min. Heat to 210'C (410'F) and hold for 1 hr. Then heat to 240'C (464'F) and hold for acid number of 10-15. Cool and reduce with odorless mineral spirits to 30% "Amsco" 140.
