Standard Procedure:
Heat wax, fatty acid and silicone oils to 100-105'C. Heat Morpholine to
80'C. (caution-flammable) and add to the wax melt. Under high speed
agitation, add (a) boiling water, (b) abrasive, and (c) preheated
solvents (70'C) in this order. Cool to room temperature with moderate
agitation.
Crash-cooling Procedure:
(1) Heat wax, fatty acid, silicones, and solvents to 80-90'C.
(2) Predisperse abrasive in cold water.
(3) Stir amine into hot wax-solvent mix (80-90'C.)
(4) Stir hot saponfied wax-solvent-mix (3) into cold water-abrasive
slurry (2).
(5) Agitate for about 5 additional min.

配制方法:

Melt wax together with one half of the mineral spirits at between 85-90'C. Add second half mineral spirits (cold) and cool to pouring temperature 60'C and pour into containers.
