Dissolve the TSPP in the water, then add the filler with continuous stirring. This mixture can be ball-milled to obtain a more uniform, smallparticle dispersion. To minimize settling of the particles during storage, protective colloids such as methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose or polyacrylate salts can be added before ball-milling.
