A: "Veegum" HV/3.33

C: Propyl Paraben/0.05

配制方法:

Dissolve the Veegum HV in the water. Heat to 80'C and add the rest of A. Homogenize until a smooth cream develops. Add C at 75'C and continue to homogenize until powders are completely dispersed. Add B at 50'C and mix until cooled to 30'C.
