Add water at 75'C to the oil and emulsifiers, also at this same temperature, with rapid mechanical agitation. Continue stirring until cool and then homogenize for better stability. This concentrate may be added to the finished cold wave at a rate of 5% or even less. The water content of the cold wave is reduced to allow for the addition.
