配制方法:

Dissolve the "Carbopol" resin solution and the Sequestrene in the water. Then add the FD & C color and mix well. Dissolve the Ethoxyol 40, the methyl Paraben, and the propyl Paraben into the glycerine. Add to combination of 1 and 2 at room temperature. Slowly add the triethanolamine with gentle mixing.
