Weigh and add items 1-6 to a container and begin heating and stirring the blend. Heat to 70-73'C. while stirring continuously. Weigh and add items 7-10 to another container and begin heating and stirring. Heat to 70-73'C while stirring continuously. When both the 1-6 blend and the 7-10 blend have reached 70-73'C add the 7-10 blend to the mixture of 1-6. Continue stirring and begin cooling the batch. Cool the batch to 60-65'C and add 11, 12, and 13. Continue stirring (use an agitator equipped with a stirrer capable of imparting relatively high shear stress, a "high" speed agitator equipped with a propeller-type stirrer is recommended.) Continue cooling the batch to 40-43'C. and add the remaining ingredients. Cool to 25-30'C. and package.
