配制方法:

Heat the oil and water phases separately to 70-80'C and add the oils to water phase with stirring. Cool to 50'C and add perfume. When completely dispersed, add the triethanolamine which will thicken the emulsion to cream consistency. Fill into tubes at room temperature.
