Dimethylformamide/37.1
Dimethylsulfoxide/8.7
"Estane" 5701 Polyurethane/13.9
"Carbopol" 934 Resin/1.6

配制方法:

Dissolve the polyurethane in the THF-DMF blend. While agitating disperse the "Carbopol" resin and then add the amine. The addition of DMSO will result in a Brookfield viscosity (20 rpm) of 36,000 cps.
FORMULA No.2 (Styrene Foam Adhesive) Add, under agitation, one part of "Hycar" 1562X103 to 6 or more parts of "Hycar" 1312. Because this mixture provides excellent "wet grab", it need not be thoroughly dried to realize its optimum adhesive properties.
