配制方法:
Disperse "Avicel" RC into the milk and water requirement with a Lightnin' Mixer agitation. Mix 15 min. Add combined sugar and egg yolks.
pasteurize at 165'F for 30 min. Homogenize at 1500 psi. Cool quickly to 40'F.
