Weigh and sift all dry ingredients. Add shortening, 0.5 of water and all dry ingredients in hobart A-200 mixer. Mix one minute at first speed. Add remaining water and mix three min at second speed. Scale and bake in 380'F oven for 30-35 min. Let cool for 15-20 min.
