配制方法:
Add "Myvatex" 8-20E directly to the coconut oil and heat until fluid. Preheat a blend of all other ingredients to 140'F (60'C). Add the warm oil and emulsifier to the preheated blend; heat the entire mix, while stirring, to 170'F (77'C). Homogenize in a dairy-type homogenizer at 150 psi first stage and 500 psi second stage. Cool immediately to 40-50'F (4.4-10.0'C) and whip.
