Purified Water to/100.0 cc
"Avicel" RC-591/0.75-1.0 g
Preservatives/q.s.
Sucrose/0-50.0 g
e.g. Methyl Paraben/0.12 g
Acetylsulfisoxazole/11.573 g
Propyl Paraben/0.08 g
Saccharin/q.s.

配制方法:

Disperse the "Avicel" RC-591 in 50.0 ml purified water using a high speed mixer, until fully hydrated. Dissolve the preservatives in the dispersion. If required, add and dissolve the sucrose and/or the saccharin. Slowly add, with efficient mixing, the Acetylsulfisoxazole and mix until homogeneously dispersed. Avoid excessive air entrapment.
Adjust to volume with purified water. Remix.
Preferably pass through a homogenizer or colloid mill. Deaerate if necessary.
The preservative choice and level is included only as a guide. A preservative challenge test must be run.
