Phenolated Calamine Lotion

配方组成:

Zinc Oxide (USP)/8.00 g
CMC-7MF/0.075 g
Phenol (USP)/2.25 g
Glycerin/2.00 cc
Calamine (USP)/8.00 g
Distilled Water/q.s./100.00 cc
"Avicel" RC-591/0.75 g

配制方法:

Using a high speed agitator, disperse the "Avicel" RC-591 in 75 ml distilled water for at least 30 min or until completely dispersed. While mixing, slowly add the CMC-7MF and mix until completely dissolved. Add the glycerin; mix. Slowly add the Calamine and zinc oxide; mix well until homogeneously dispersed. Avoid excessive air entrapment. Dissolve the phenol in 15 ml distilled water; add slowly, with good agitation, to the suspension. Adjust to volume with with distilled water; mix well. If possible, pass through a homogenizer or colloid mill.
