Glyceryl Guaiacolate/10.0 g
Alcohol (USP)/50.0 ml
Color and Flavor/q.s.
Sodium Benzoate (USP)/1.0 g
"Sorbo"/324.0 ml
Syrup (USP)/132.0 ml
Liquid Glucose (USP)/44.0 g
Glycerin (USP)/50.0 ml
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (USP)/0.2 g
Water, q.s./1000.0 ml
Sodium Saccharin (NF)/1.9 g
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (NF)/2.0 g
Citric Acid (USP)/1.0 g
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (USP)/1.0 g
Sodium Chloride (USP)/5.2 g

配制方法:

Mix the syrup and liquid glucose and dissolve in order the sodium benzoate, saccharin, sodium chloride and citric aicd. Add the "Sorbo" and mix well. Suspend the dextromethorphan hydrobromide, glyceryl guaiacolate, chlorpheniramine maleate, and phenylephrine hydrochloride in the glycerin and add to the mixture. Add the color, flavors, and alcohol. Filter and add sufficient water to make 1000 ml.
