Propylene Glycol (USP)/100.00 ml
Amaranth Solution (USP)/10.00 ml
"Sorbo"/600.00 ml
Phenobarbital (USP)/4.00 g
Water, q.s./1000.00 ml
Alcohol (USP)/200.00 ml

配制方法:

Dissolve the phenobarbital in the alcohol, then add the propylene glycol, orange oil, "Sorbo," and amaranth solution. Mix thoroughly and add sufficient water to make the total volume 100 ml. Mix and filter, if necessary.
