Weigh and add items 1-5 to a container, begin heating and stirring. Heat, while stirring continuously to 70-75'C. Weigh 6 and add to a separate container. Begin stirring, a high shear imparting agitator equipped with a propeller stirrer is preferred and add 7. Stir until the "Veegum" is completely dispersed and hydrated and then add 8 and 9. Heat the water blend to 70-73'C. When the 6-9 blend and the 1-5 blend are both at 70-73'C add the 6-9 blend to the 1-5 blend while stirring continuously. Begin cooling the batch, cool to 60-65'C and add 10 and 11. Continue stirring and cooling, add the perfume at 40-43'C and package at 25-30'C.
