Pigment (inorganic cosmetic grade)/6.2
Perfume/q.s.
Anti-foam/q.s.
"Carbopol" 941 Resin/0.5
"Carboset" 514 Resin (30%)/93.3
Ammonium Hydroxide (28%)/0.5
Preservative/q.s.

配制方法:

Mix all ingredients except the "Carbopol" 941 resin and ammonium hydroxide. Grind the mixture on a pebble mill to obtain the desired particle size. Add the "Carbopol" 941 with good agitation. neutralize with ammonium hydroxide.
Note: Pigment level and particle size of the grind vary with different pigments.
