配制方法:

Weigh and add water into a container and begin heating and stirring.
An agitator capable of imparting relatively high shearing stress should be used. It is suggested that the agitator be equipped with a propeller type stirrer. Add "Oat-Pro" and stir until completely dispersed and hydrated. Add "Veegum," "Carbowax" 400, "Tween," methyl paraben and triethanolamine. Continue heating and stirring. Heat to 70-73'C. Weigh and add glycerol monostearate, stearic acid, "Ritachol," propyl paraben and carnauba wax into another container and begin heating and stirring the blend. Heat to 70-73'C. Add the "Oat-Pro" containing dispersion which should be at 70-73'C to the glycerol monostearate blend. Use the propeller equipped agitator suggested above ti produce a "satisfactory" requirements make this necessary. Cool to 40-43'C and add "Dowicil." Cool to 25-30'C and mill the color pigments into enough of the emulsion to make a thick paste. Add the rest of the emulsion to the color paste.
