配制方法:
The latex is mixed with the stabilizer (and, where specified, the "Heveaplus" MG49 latex) and the pyrophosphate and water added. The filler is added slowly to the stabilized diluted latex to avoid localized dehydration and consequent coagulation. The remaining ingredients are added in the order given in the formulations, the stirring continued until the mix is homogeneous. Minor adjustment of the thickener dosage may be required to obtain t he desired viscosity and, in the case of lick-roll application, this should be done after the air entrained during mixing has been allowed to rise to the surface. the mechanical working of the mix should be restricted to that necessary to disperse the filler, since excessive high speed stirring may result in decreased stability. Mixes prepared from fromulations 5 and 6 must be strained before use in the foaming equipment.
