配制方法:

The EPDM is banded on a tight mill at 82'C (180'F) to 93'C (200'F) for 10 min. H-300 polybutene/carbon black slurry is prepared and added in increments and milled 30 min. Zinc oxide and stearic acid are added Mill Rubber SBR-1009 and "Panarez" 6-210 (first portion) on a rubber mill. Add heptane and let swell overnight. Then mix on a Cowles dissolver. Heat to 140'F (60'C). Heat "Panarez" 6-210 (second portion) to 210'F (99'C) to melt it and then stir into above mix. Cool to 140'F (60'C) and add "Thixcin" R. Cool overnight to room temperature. Add Hydrite Clay and mix in a change can mixer.
