The caulk is mixed in a sigma blade mixer. "Amoco" Polybutene, butyl rubber solution and drying oil are added and mixed well (5-10 min). Then the fillers are slowly added to the mixing vehicle in the order shown above. After the addition of titanium-calcium pigment, the mass is mixed to a smooth paste (about 35 min). The drier is added along with sufficient mineral spirits to obtain the desired consistency. Mixing is continued until the mass is uniform (about 3-5 min).
