配方组成:

"Protowet" 100/0.1
"Superez" AVG/20
"Protolube" L-20/3
"Curite" HC/4
Acetic Acid/0.1
"Superez" AVG is applied by the usual pad-dry-cure technique
employing conventional equipment. "Superez" AVG is easily diluted with
water, followed by the required auxiliary finishing agents. When the mix
bath is almost to volume, the previously diluted catalyst is added. The
mix bath should be made at approximately 100'F (38'C). Some heat is not
detrimental to the stability of the bath.
the amount of "Superez" AVG will be determined by fabric type, blend
level, etc. Generally, for a 50/50 polyester/cotton fabric-woven or
know-approximately 20% "Superez" AVG, on weight of the bath, will give
excellent performance.
Catalyst concentrations for 15-20% bath concentration of "Superez" AVG
are as follows:
"Curite" PDQ (use with afterwash)-3-4% on weight of bath
"Curite" 4403 -3-4% on weight of bath
"Curite" HC -3-5% on weight of bath

配制方法:

We recommend using the higher amount of catalyst when curing at the lower temperature. An afterwash is not necessary. If an afterwash is customary, a mild alkaline wash with peroxide, soda ash, and a detergent may be used.
