Black Shoe Polish

配方组成:

"Dow Corning" 200 Fluid (1000 cs)/3.0
Carbon Black (10% dispersion in "Isopar" E)/4.0
Valve
Vapor-tap valve with mechanical breakup actuator.
"Witconol" F26-46/1.0
"Isopar" E/20.0
Carnauba Wax/4.0
Concentrate/80.0
Propellant 12/20.0
Water/67.3
"Witconol" 14/0.7

配制方法:

Prepare carbon black dispersion by mixing carbon black and "Isopar" E in a high-speed, high-shear mixer for 30 min.
Heat all formula ingredients together except water to 80'C. Heat water separately to 80'C and add to other ingredients with rapid agitation.
Continue agitating while cooling. Pour into aerosol containers at 55-60'C.
This polish is sprayed onto shoe surfaces, spread with a cloth, then buffed with a brush.
