Raisin and Nut Protective Coating

配方组成:

Stearic Acid/5
Water/3
Oleic Acid/2
Zein/27
Ethyl Alcohol/63

配制方法:

The stearic acid is dissolved in alcohol at 35-40'C. The oleic acid or propylene glycol is added and the solution cooled to 30'C. Then the zein is added slowly with good agitation, and stirred until dissolved.
If desired, the formulation may be further diluted with 90% aqueous ethanol.
